Screen-Free Toddler Activities
What's actually working at our table.
Since February, I've done one screen-free activity a day with my toddler and posted how it went on Instagram, including the ones that flopped. This is where the full write-ups live. Every post has the real setup, how long she actually played (sometimes 20+ minutes, sometimes zero), and what I'd change next time. Almost everything comes from stuff already in your kitchen. Browse by what you need: sensory and water play when she wants to dump and pour, fine motor when you need her at the table, art, gross motor for the wiggles, or independent play for when you need ten minutes to yourself.
